So Mark decided to go and get himself sick! Ok, so maybe he didnt deccciiideee to....I still think that he likes me to coo over him though. Anyway when his high fever wouldnt break I called Cindy and she came to the rescue. She was very calm and very assuring and she walked me through everything. She is going to be such a great nurse and now I can say that from personal experience!! Way to go Mom!!
The update is this: Soon after we talked and after some big time prayers, and Tylenol, Mark started to feel much better and started [finally] to sweat...a very good sign. He said that he is now feeling the best he has felt in two days and is on the sure road to recovery! Thanks so much Cindy and I hope we didnt worry you too much!
We love you all and cant wait to see everyone in 9 days!!!!

Haha....Emily did you get side tracked from your pooor sick older brother to correct Leanna....not even a ¨Im glad you are no longer on the verge of death Mark...Excuse me Leanna?!?¨ hahahah. Cant wait to harass your cute face?
R+H? Update? School? Work? we love you!!
Libby--glad you're trying to teach Emily a few manners. Give us a medical update when you can (you know, when you get too tired to surf any more). Emily and I are going to the Twins game tonight--now that should be a great date!!
Still trying to figure out the logistics on our Tetons trip...we should have picked a less complicated trip...like driving through McDonalds...yes, I think we could handle that.
Dad
R & H: Tried to leave a comment on your blog--but it wanted nothing to do with that...so, will comment here. Wow, nice picture of the mountain goats--beautiful animals.
Glad to hear that Mark is back to full health. It'll be a busy couple of days when you guys get home...we will be able to spend at least a night together, though. We're excited to see the pics. Enjoy the last couple of day!
Nurse Miller! Congrats on coming to the rescue! You know your stuff! (Not too many new nurses that are getting calls from Africa for medical advice!) You're the best! pjm
Haha...you're right, Lib; I do need manners! I was just glad to hear he was feeling better! I heard you talking to my mom on the phone earlier in the day and I was worried. She was so calm and all I'm thinking is "They're in Africa...can they even go to a doctor there?" Maybe that shows my low intelligence level, but the point of the story is that I was very concerned.
you guys are great! i am very alive and feeling good! ready to surf tomorrow! today i played beach dad for the whole gang, buying the water and taking pictures of people, but tomorrow im hittin the waves again..thanks for your support and prayers, and thanks mom for your help. look forward to seeing you all.. ryan, why is it going to be so busy when we get back? we need some good time before you all up and leave
Mark,
Glad to see you resurface--you had us all concerned for awhile. Now, stay away from those exotic food experiments. Hit the surf. We have 90 degree weather here! But no ocean.
