TIMP!!!!

ryan & heather and i had a WONDERFUL hike yesterday...we climbed TIMP!!! it was incredible...great memories!! we woke up in the middle of the night & started climbing in the dark...it was so much fun (except i was a lil bit afraid of the mountain lions...luckily we didnt wake any of them up)!!

we saw the sunrise over the mountains behind us...hiked through THE MOST AMAZING, colorful fields of flowers i've ever seen...endless meadows of beautiful colored wildflowers...we saw heather's favorite, PDs (prairie dogs)...and talked about her plans to own a pet prairie dog someday...we made it to the top by 11 am...it was so neat! i was just sitting up there thinking, 'wow, its 11am on saturday morning, and we're on top of a mountain!!' it was a sweet sense of accomplishment (my first mountain climb).

the way down was much more painful on the feet...but still a really great experience...heather kept us laughing the whole way! such a great way to spend the day...i loved it. we have incredible pictures too...i attached a link to the album (below)...wish you all could've been there with us.

we missed you all :) hopefully you'll enjoy the pictures. cant wait to see each of you...very, very soon. i have the greatest family!! i love you all so much.
