Our Anniversary Dinner





Our one year anniversary was a success. Ryan and I had a wonderful weekend together topped off by a delcious home made dinner.

The menu consisted of:

Lemon Tuscany Chicken

Side dishes:
Spaghetti Squash (I love spaghetti squash)
Roasted Carrots spiced with Dill (second recipe)
Tomato Basil Focacia Bread- YUM!

Desert:
Chocolate Chip cookies- my favorite

Thanks everyone for your wonderful phone calls and text messages. It really was a great weekend.

Yeah, well, I had two peanut butter sandwiches today!!! Just kidding. Well, I did actually. No this is great, sounds like a delicious meal, and a wonderful anniversary! You guys are a great couple. Love you both!

ohh yeeaaahhhhhhhh. I can't wait to try some of that cooking!! Hopefully I get that lucky?! What about Christmas, we could all be in charge of one meal while there to take the stress off Cindy!?
Better go, Mark is freaking me out on the new g-chat...I mean sounds I've never heard.

I commented on your blog about your anniversay...but I will comment on this post...those carrotts are the best! They look really, really good! Glad you could enjoy a great meal for your anniversary--though I see that Ryan forgot the candles for the table! Oh well, maybe year 2! Now, go help that President-elect find a dog! And Heather, don't let that congressman give any money to GM! (Maybe after they begin bankrucy proceedings!). Love you, Dad

Lib - you've got to cook Mark a spaghetti squash. Yum! We are moving offices here at work - what are the odds. Moving! One of my favorite activities yippe!
