Since we've been chatting about food... Try this one!

I almost always prefer sorbet over ice cream. Not in this case however, the lemon sorbet is unreals as well... this 5 Ingredient campaign that Haagen-Dazs has going is brilliant! All you need is one little taste and it satisfies. . Our local Ralphs doesn't carry it, but whenever we are in Target I have to mozy on over there an pick up a quart for a special evening. Cheri, you've got to admit you like this stuff too. So natural, honestly only 5 ingredients!

Petes, if you try this - you'll be kissing goodbye those Turtle Sundaes at Culvers! Trust me :)

Match play is on. I can't imagine that any ice cream product could compete with Culver's turtle sundae--but I will give it a shot--because those sundaes are pretty much a death wish. Will report back!

Mmmm. I'll try it too! I love lemon custard...so this would be a comparable, much healthier treat!! I agree...love the 5-ingredient list...so cool and simple!

Taste test is done. I just finished eating a 14 oz cup (the size in the photo) of vanilla bean. I would agree that it is tasty--very tasty! Now, eating the entire 14 ounces put me back 735 calories, but I know most of you aren't that worried about calories--or may have decided to quit eating before you hit the bottom of the carton! The turtle sundae has about 977 calories, so I can pretty much eat every fourth one worry free! At $4.39, it is just a bit more expensive than my turtle sundae indulgence. Bottom line--it's a great specialty product--and I will certainly pick up another "cup" when I am looking to treat myself. It didn't have any carmel, hot fudge, or nuts--so I may, someday, drive through to visit with my former love at Culvers!

Hmmmm. Five ingredients, all of which I have at home right now...How hard can it be? I'll whip myself up a batch and let you know how it goes. That packaging sure is fancy, though.

Goodwork Petes!! I am glad that you took the Haggan-Dazs challenge. I'm glad you liked it - I have only had the lemon in this flavor, next time I'm trying the vanilla bean. I'm impressed that you searched the calories of the turtle sundae - healthy habits baby!

The local ralphs has had some major mark downs in their frozen treat section - full price that is quite expensive for just 14 oz! Good it's only once and a while!

Love love love the lemon!!! There's no way dad could eat all 14oz of the lemon in one sitting...a little tart for eating the whole "cup" (haha!) at once...but l loved the sweet & tart flavor!

Im a huge fan of the lemon...it's the perfect ice cream for a small snack...a couple spoonfuls satisfies a sweet tooth nicely! Mmm!
