Ode to College Football!

Isn't this such an AWESOME time of year? The fall is the best, watching a great college football game is so much fun! Good luck tomorrow Badgers. The Cougars won tonight, and man we are praising Nelson's name and number tonight! I don't know if any of you were able to watch the fourth quarter of the BYU game but boy was it close!

From what I hear Nebraska is pretty over rated, so tomorrow's game might not be too close. We'll be recording the game because Ryan will be at priesthood. So no texting us during the game! Petes, have you learned to use your TVO on your guys' fancy TV yet? If not, now is the time! I know Lelers knows the ways, you may have to give her a call, if you can't watch it live. Love you guys, thinking of you! Send us a text of the girls in their Bucky paraphernalia Lelers. Any of you grilling any bratwurst for the big game tomorrow tonight. That's my favorite part seeing all that cow being eaten by the cheese heads!

Wow! Best Badger team...ever? The real deal. Gotta cheer against LSU, Bama and Oklahoma - looks like it could be another special year! I am hoping for another trip to Pasadena so HB can see Bucky in person. As for the BYU quarterback you like Leanna...you must be talking about the backup! He is so much better than Heaps.

Yes. The backup!!!!!

Okay, Heather--so only you knew that Nebraska would lay an egg. I am still going with "the Badgers really rocked!" Anyway, the professional betters thought it would be within 10 points--not 31 point edge!!

Thanks for the post. I was beginning to worry that this was turning into my personal blog--and it is much more interesting when others pipe in.

Next year we'll have to have Barry Alvarez call President Monson and avoid the double scheduling issue! As I recall, the Brethren also lend a cold shoulder to Final Four action. Guess it's just one of those choices placed before us. I was glad to catch the second half of the Badgers' game.

Glad to see BYU pull one out. Next week OSU will turn it around!

Nate: I think during the second half of last night's game (OSU vs. NB). Bird in the hand...takes flight.
