
At times I have relied on the quote, "90% of what you worry about never happens." I believe the quote is pretty accurate.
Worry is an interesting behavior. It can cause us to properly plan and prepare. Conversely, it can cause us to lose sleep and burn all sorts of energy--agonizing about things that we cannot control or influence.
So perhaps that's my advice: keep in mind that 90% of what you worry about will never happen--so relax and expect the best. Where possible, replace worry with action--influence the outcome.

I have had to rely on this quote numerous times. Sometimes we can really let our worries cripple us unnecessarily.
