and yes, he actually called me to inform me (awkward, yes! short, yes! enjoyable, no!)
anyways, no more whining. I'm grateful he called me.
On September 10th 2008 he reports to the Sao Paulo MTC to serve in the Brazil Manaus mission.

Anyways, church was WONDERFUL today. All it was was an extended testimony meeting for three hours. It was soooo good. I couldn't stop smiling.

Good for Alden. I am sure that will be a big adjustment for him--but he'll do fine.

Well at least you got the initial awkward conversation over with. Way to go Emily! Maybe you could 'poke' him a few times on facebook to help ease the second meeting that is bound to happen sooner or later when you return home to MN...haha.
glad he FINALLY called. my advice for you- - still take it easy with him- - he hasnt been very nice to you in the last couple months. but I am happy he called you. :)
don't worry guys, I don't think anything is going to change for a little bit..he is still going to ignore me. hopefully we can be friends again soon though. and libby, nice idea, but he doesn't have facebook...and i'm not much of a "poker"
